I love to direct musicals.  I also made a film.  When you break down what directing is: it’s storytelling and team-building. Both innate to who I am.  So, I started a recruiting business to both help people tell their stories and to build their best teams. 

I’ve been part of dream teams—and, let’s be honest, a few not-so-dreamy ones too. As a director, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredibly talented people, and I’ve learned something powerful along the way: life feels amazing when you’re in the right place, doing what you’re meant to do.

That’s exactly why I was drawn to recruiting. Helping people find their perfect-fit roles and helping companies build teams that click. I believe we thrive when we’re surrounded by the right people and doing work that lights us up.

  • Rebecca founded Luminous Talent in 2024. She has 25 years of sales and business development experience and over a decade of experience in the talent acquisition industry. She believes in a hands-on, relational approach to recruiting and is committed to delivering the ideal candidate and client experience. Her passion is helping small to medium size businesses become successful in finding, developing and retaining talent. She’s also a film and theater director and producer.

  • Mary joined Luminous Talent in 2025. She is an enthusiastic and highly accomplished recruiting professional who has developed strong communication and leadership skills along with the ability to drive growth through building solid, candidate and client relationships. She aims to connect talented candidates with leading companies. In a world where true connection is scarce, she takes a relationship-focused approach to recruiting by becoming a partner and a guiding north star to individuals and companies searching for the exact right fit.

  • Riley started at Luminous Talent in 2024, bringing a fresh take on business growth and social media. She’s all about understanding what each client needs and making sure they get the right support. Riley loves working with small and medium-sized businesses, building real connections, and coming up with creative ways to help them succeed. She’ll be graduating with a degree in forensic psychology in spring 2025, adding a unique analytical edge to her work.
